MEET COACH MACIE,
Macie’s journey into nutrition started with her own transformation, shaping the way she supports clients through sustainable and realistic change.
After losing 50kg in high school, Macie developed a strong interest in nutrition and the human body, driven by her own challenges navigating food and habits. This experience led her to become a dietitian and online nutrition coach, with a passion for education and health-focused change.
Macie loves working with athletes and driven individuals who are ready to commit, put in the work, and achieve real results. Her goal is to help clients build confidence with food while improving performance, body composition, and long-term health.
Macie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Dietetic Practice. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia, an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, and an FMG Pro Athlete.

MEET COACH SCOTT,
Scott is a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of exercise, movement, and performance. Driven by a genuine love for training and education, he turned his passion into a long-term career helping others achieve their goals.
As a former competitor, Scott now channels his experience and insight into coaching other competitors and athletes, supporting them through their own journeys with confidence and clarity. With a strong coaching ethic and a proven methodology, he has helped a wide range of clients achieve incredible results.
Scott prides himself on delivering bespoke programs that are tailored to each individual.
Scott is also an Accredited Sports Nutritionist and an Accredited Competition Prep Coach, allowing him to provide a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to both training and nutrition
